Terms of Booking and payment
- The reservation is deemed confirmed on receipt of credit card details.
- Credit card is only a guarantee for your booking.
- We will only charge your stay on the departure by credit card or by cash payment.
Rooms cancellation policy
- A 20% of the total price is charged for cancellation made less than 6 days from the date of check-in.
- The 50% of the total price is charged for cancellations made less than 2 days from check in.
- The full amount will be charged in the event of a “no show” or early departure.
Cottages cancellation Policy
- A 30% of the total price is charged for cancellation made between the 44th day and 30th day from the date of check-in.
- A 60% of the total price is charged for cancellation made between the 29th day and 22nd day from the date of check-in.
- A 80% of the total price is charged for cancellation made between the 21st day and the day before the date of check-in.
