The Sorrento restaurant "Villa Oasi" with its particular attention to detail, allows the guests to abandon themselves to the taste of exquisite Mediterranean cuisine.

Through its genuine Mediterranean style, incorporating traditional antique recipes, the cuisine travels a step further with a spice of originality that renders the dish still more appetising.

The restaurant, amongst other things, offers a refined and ample selection of local, national and international wines.

The cozy room immediately overlooks an estate surrounding the hotel of over 22,000 m2, whilst in the background, the blue of the Gulf of Naples and the majestic Vesuvius can be admired.

The chef designed menu often varies according to the products in season to guarantee not only the freshness of the dishes cooked but in addition, flavours and aromas that only natural ingredients may offer.

The a la carte dining room transforms itself during lunch to cater for light snacks by the pool, including delicious appetizers, bread rolls and salads.

During the summer season, meals are served outside in the garden of the resort and under the shade of the pergola.

The restaurant is limited to a cover of 50 people to guarantee our guests a refined and personalised service and above all, the required intimacy for a completely relaxing dinner.
